This beautiful Trullo property has been restored to the latest specifications but in sympathy with the local area and building traditions where possible.
It has its own water supply and 6kW of solar means that you can run the air conditioning all day and not worry about the environmental impacts. The same goes for heating in winter.
The 10m x 4 m pool is gated and enclosed by a wall and net fencing to make it family secure. Note, the pool is 2m deep at one end and 1.2m deep at the other.
The property sits in a rural setting away from the noise of towns and streets.
The property is 6-7 minutes drive from the nearest town and supermarket (San Michele Salentino) and 15 minutes away from Ostuni (the White City).
15 -30 minutes drive will take you to Ceglie Messapica, Martin Franca, and Alberabello. Lecce is 1 hour's drive and there are some interesting beaches available.
You can wander around the grounds, eat fruit from the various trees and enjoy some olive oil from the 39 olive trees.
